Human outreach deserves better intelligence — not more automation. Pactando analyzes what happened after your messages. It does not send, scrape or automate LinkedIn activity.
The problem

Your inbox contains signals LinkedIn does not surface.

LinkedIn helps you exchange messages, but it does not give you a clear view of outreach performance or forgotten opportunities.

No response overview

It is difficult to see how many unique contacts actually replied.

No company analysis

Your conversations are not organized into a useful company-level engagement view.

No follow-up queue

Potentially valuable conversations disappear beneath newer messages.

How it works

Download both parts of your LinkedIn archive. Three simple steps.

LinkedIn sends the data archive in two parts. Download Part 1 when the first email arrives, then wait for the second email — usually within 24 hours — and download Part 2 before locating the Pactando CSV files.

01

Download

Request your LinkedIn data archive. LinkedIn sends Part 1 first and emails the download link for Part 2 within 24 hours.

02

Upload

Download and extract both ZIP parts. Then select messages.csv and Connections.csv. Add Invitations.csv for richer context.

03

Discover

Compare outreach context, see what generated replies and identify conversations that deserve attention.

Required messages.csv

Conversation history, timestamps, senders, recipients, subjects and message text.

Required Connections.csv

Connection dates, names, profile URLs, companies and positions used to add relationship context.

Optional Invitations.csv

Outgoing invitations, invitation notes and matching signals that improve outreach classification.

Ignored All other export files

Posts, reactions, profile data, ads and other unrelated files are not read by Pactando.

What you learn

Your overall reply rate is only part of the story.

The two-part archive gives Pactando more context to compare pre-connection and post-connection outreach, identify likely InMail activity, understand invitation usage and surface missed follow-up value.

Directional LinkedIn benchmark

Your response rate will be compared with LinkedIn Recruiter’s 13% InMail policy threshold. This is a directional reference only because your export may also include conversations with first-degree contacts.

LinkedIn’s threshold applies to Recruiter InMail activity and is not a universal benchmark for every LinkedIn message type.
Premium benchmark Separate cold InMail-style outreach from first-degree contact conversations and compare both using your own historical data.
Pre-connection outreach
Messages sent before the LinkedIn connection date. Often InMail or another pre-connection message type.
Post-connection message
Messages sent after the person became a first-degree connection.
Unclassified
The connection date was unavailable or could not be matched reliably.

More contacts are available

Unlock the full report to view every contact, use complete company filters, and export results.

How it works: messages are grouped into one-to-one conversations where you sent at least one message. When the other person replied, quoted or forwarded text is removed and the reply is classified using keyword rules. This is an initial automated assessment, not a definitive judgment. Review the latest contact message before deciding on a follow-up.
