1. Operator and acceptance
Pactando is operated by Astranova Consultoría Avanzada S.L.U., CIF B75884403, Aranzabal 4, 9B, 01008, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava, Spain. By using the service, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
2. Service description
Pactando provides analytical tools for data exports supplied by users without creating a stored historical database of their raw LinkedIn conversations. The service may calculate response rates, organize conversations, identify reply patterns and provide indicative recommendations.
3. Independence from LinkedIn
Pactando is independent from LinkedIn and is not endorsed, sponsored or operated by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of its respective owner.
4. Permitted use
Users may only analyze data that they are legally entitled to access and process. The service must not be used for:
- scraping or unauthorized extraction of third-party data;
- automated account activity or circumvention of platform restrictions;
- harassment, discrimination, unlawful profiling or surveillance;
- spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- infringement of privacy, intellectual-property or other third-party rights.
5. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for the content they upload, the legal basis for processing it, and any action taken after reviewing Pactando’s output.
6. Automated and analytical output
Reply detection, benchmarks, tone classifications, opportunity labels and recommended actions are indicative. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially where files are missing, formats change or language is ambiguous.
Users must review the underlying conversation before making commercial, employment, legal, financial or other consequential decisions.
7. Data handling
In the Free version, CSV content is processed locally in the user’s browser. Premium features may process selected conversation content transiently through Pactando’s backend and approved service providers. Pactando does not store raw LinkedIn conversations as a historical archive.
8. Beta availability
Beta functionality may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Astranova does not guarantee that every LinkedIn export format or every historical record will be supported.
9. Premium services, subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually through a third-party payment provider. The applicable price, included features, fair-use limits, renewal period, taxes and cancellation conditions will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users may cancel future renewals at any time through the available billing process. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
Pactando’s software, design, brand and original content belong to Astranova or its licensors. Users retain their rights in the files and content they submit. Pactando does not claim ownership of user-supplied CSV files or conversation content.
11. Suspension and termination
Astranova may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse or prevent harm to third parties.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astranova is not liable for decisions based solely on automated output, lost commercial opportunities, platform account restrictions caused by user conduct, or unlawful use of exported data.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply in the user’s country.
